Local SEO

Local SEO services that put your business on the map

When someone in Killarney, Tralee or Dingle searches for a service, Google tries to answer with businesses that are close, relevant and trustworthy. Local SEO is how you make that case clearly, consistently and in a way you can measure in calls, directions and enquiries.

What Local SEO includes

  • Google Business Profile

Correct categories, services, opening hours, attributes and posts, set up so the profile describes what you actually sell rather than what was ticked at sign-up.
  • Accurate business information

Your name, address and phone details should match everywhere they appear. We find the inconsistencies that quietly dilute trust and fix them at source.
  • Location relevance

On-site signals that tell search engines where you operate: service area wording, structured data where it is genuinely appropriate, and clear contact paths.
  • Review strategy

A simple, honest process for asking happy customers for reviews and responding to all of them. We never promise ratings and we never buy or fabricate reviews.
  • Location landing pages

Pages for places you genuinely serve, each with something useful to say. We would rather publish two strong pages than ten thin ones.
  • Call and enquiry tracking

Tracking set up so you can see which searches lead to calls, direction requests and form enquiries, not just visits.

Is this the right fit?

  • Trades, clinics, solicitors, accountants and other services that win work from a defined area
  • Hospitality, retail and activity businesses that rely on both locals and visitors
  • Businesses with more than one location that need each to stand on its own
  • Owners who suspect their Google listing is out of date or incomplete

Problems we regularly find

  • A Business Profile with the wrong primary category, or none of the services listed
  • Different phone numbers, names or addresses across directories
  • One generic page trying to rank for every town
  • Reviews left unanswered, or no process for collecting new ones
  • No way of telling which enquiries came from search

Common questions

Do I need a physical premises to do local SEO?

Not always. Service-area businesses can be eligible for a Business Profile, but Google has rules about addresses and eligibility. We check what applies to you before changing anything.

Can you guarantee a top three position in the map results?

No, and anyone who does is overpromising. Local rankings depend on proximity, relevance and prominence, and some of that is outside anyone's control. We focus on the parts you can influence and report on real enquiries.

Do you create reviews for us?

Never. Fake or incentivised reviews breach Google's policies and put your profile at risk. We help you ask genuine customers and respond well.

Is local SEO different if I serve visitors rather than residents?

Yes. Visitors often search before they arrive, sometimes in other languages, and in a different pattern to locals. We look at both audiences if both matter to you.
