We will publish case studies when we have real ones that clients have approved. Until then, this page explains how we measure progress and what honest reporting looks like.
No case studies yet, by design
A case study is only worth reading if it is true. When we publish one it will include the client's approval, the time period, the starting point, the metrics, how they were measured and any other factors that could have affected the outcome.
Anything less is marketing. You will not find invented growth charts, borrowed logos or unattributed numbers here.
What we measure and why
01
Visibility
Impressions and average position for the searches that matter to you, taken from Search Console.02
Qualified traffic
Visits from organic search that behave like potential customers, not just any visit.03
Enquiries
Form submissions, calls and direction requests that can be tied back to search.04
Business outcomes
Where you can share them, sales or bookings influenced by organic search.
What a report from us contains
- The goals we agreed, and where you stand against them
- What we did in the period, and why
- What changed in visibility, traffic and enquiries
- What did not work, and what we are changing
- Caveats such as seasonality, site changes or algorithm updates
- The priorities for the next period
What we will never do
We will not guarantee rankings, report on terms that bring no value to your business or hide results that did not go to plan. Read more about how we work or how an audit establishes a baseline.
